ZRP RODS – CONNECTING ROD SET HONDA B18C HD SERIES EN24T I-BEAM

The I-Beam Series “Heavy Duty” connecting rods for the Honda B18C are designed for high-horsepower/boost applications. They are constructed from the finest raw materials, high-strength 4340-EN24T steel, with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. The CC length has been increased by 5.00 mm to make these rods ideal for long-rod applications. The bushings are made from aluminum/silicon/bronze alloy and have a radial oil reservoir groove. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bending and torsion are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes 3/8″ ARP 2000 plug fasteners rated at 220,000 psi. Optional 260,000 psi ARP L19 material is available as an upgrade. The entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete assembly instructions.
