ZRP RODS – CONNECTING ROD SET AUDI 1.8L 20V TURBO / 2.0L TSI EA113 HD SERIES

The Suzuki 1.6L Liana/Swift M16A H-Beam connecting rods are machined from high-strength 4340 steel and are designed for high performance and extreme durability. The bushings are made from aluminum-silicon/bronze and have a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. These connecting rods feature a ribbed pin end, which minimizes pin end distortion under heavy inertial loads while saving excess weight. They are shot peened to relieve stress from the material and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bending and torsion are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi. Optional ARP Custom Age 625 material rated at 280,000 psi is available as an upgrade. The entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete installation instructions.
