1. Definitions
1.1 Online Sales Contract
The term “online sales contract” refers to the distance contract concerning the sale of tangible goods belonging to the Seller, concluded between the Seller and the Customer through telematic tools within an e-commerce system organized by the Seller.
1.2 Customer
The term “Customer” refers to the natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their business or professional activity.

The term “Seller” refers to the company identified above.
2. Registration
- Customers must register using a valid email address and provide accurate and complete information.
- If address or personal data change, customers must update them before shipment.
- By registering on r2zmotorsport-europe.com, the customer consents to the processing of personal data according to Italian Privacy Law 196/2003 and subsequent updates.
- R2Z Motorsport Srl collects and uses personal data exclusively to provide services, process orders, issue invoices, analyze business performance and communicate with customers.
3. Orders and Processing Time
- By submitting an order through this website the customer commits to purchasing the selected products.
- Once submitted, orders are considered confirmed unless otherwise agreed.
- An order confirmation email will be sent after checkout.
- Shipping times depend on stock availability:
- 3–15 working days for standard products
- 15–30 working days for special order or imported products
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of unpaid previous orders.
- Products marked as “Special Offer” are final stock items or returns from customer reconsideration and are sold in limited quantities.
4. Shipping Costs
- Prices displayed on the website are VAT included.
- Standard shipping:
- Europe – €20
- Optional shipping insurance: €20 covering 100% of shipment value.
- The Seller reserves the right to change prices or cancel orders in case of calculation errors.
- If the shipment is returned due to absence or failure to collect the package, shipping and storage costs will be deducted from the refund.
5. Delivery
- Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.
- Delivery dates are indicative and not binding.
- Shipping is available only within Italy and Europe.
- Customers must check quantity and condition of goods within 24 hours after delivery.
- Without optional shipping insurance, transport risks remain with the recipient according to applicable law.
6. Right of Withdrawal
- Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery.
- The withdrawal request must be sent via registered mail or certified email (PEC).
- Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made products, used items, partial orders, or products with broken warranty seals.
7. Warranty and Returns
- Warranty claims are handled according to supplier verification procedures.
- Defective products will be replaced with an identical item after inspection.
- If the product is not defective, diagnostic and shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
8. Warranty Seals
Since May 2025, products are sealed with barcode warranty labels and monitored by warehouse cameras to guarantee product integrity during storage and shipment.
