ZRP RODS – HONDA B18C I-BEAM CONNECTING RODS SET

The I-Beam connecting rods for the 1.0L EcoBoost are made from high-strength 4340 steel and are designed for high performance, extreme durability, and extra rigidity. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and feature a radial oil reservoir groove. They are shot peened to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are strictly controlled. These connecting rods have a straight-cut pin end for increased durability, so they can only be used with aftermarket pistons. Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220.00 psi; optional ARP 625 material is available as an upgrade. The connecting rod kit comes with ARP moly and complete assembly instructions.
