ZRP RODS – CONNECTING ROD SET AUDI 2.5L TFSI TTRS I-BEAM HEAVY DUTY SERIES

The I-Beam Series “Heavy Duty” connecting rods for the Nissan SR20 DE/DET are designed for high-horsepower/boost applications. Manufactured from the finest raw materials, 4340 high-strength steel, with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and feature a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. They are shot peened to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 3/8″ plug fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi available as an upgrade, and the entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete installation instructions.
