ZRP RODS – CONNECTING RODS SET OPEL 2.0L 16V C20/Z20 I-BEAM

The I-Beam connecting rods for the Opel 2.0L 16V are made from high-strength 4340 steel and are designed for high performance, extreme durability, and extra rigidity. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and feature a radial oil reservoir groove. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bending and twisting are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 plug fasteners rated at 220.00 psi, with optional ARP L19 material available as an upgrade. The connecting rod kit is supplied with ARP moly and complete assembly instructions.
