ZRP RODS – CONNECTING RODS SET BMW 2.5L M54B25 325 H-BEAM

Honda K24 I-Beam De-Stroke connecting rods are made from high-strength 4340 steel and are designed for high performance and extreme durability. This “ultra-light” design combines lightweight performance with proven reliability at high rpm. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and feature a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi available as an upgrade. The entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete installation instructions.
