ZRP RODS – SET CONNECTING RODS ALFA ROMEO 2.5L AND 3.0L 6 CYLINDER H-BEAM

The Alfa Romeo 2.5L/3.0L V6 ZRP connecting rods are H-beam-shaped and made from high-strength 4340 steel, designed for high performance and extreme durability. These rods feature a ribbed pin end, which minimizes pin end distortion under heavy inertial loads while saving excess weight. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled. Each rod includes ARP 2000 plug fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi available as an upgrade. The entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete installation instructions.
