ZRP RODS – CONNECTING ROD SET HONDA B18C HD SERIES EN24T I-BEAM

The I-Beam connecting rods for the BMW V8 M3 S65 4.0L engine are manufactured from the finest 4340 high-strength steel with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. They feature “straight cut” pin ends for increased durability, so they can only be used in conjunction with aftermarket pistons. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and have a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. They are shot peened to relieve stress from the material and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bending and torsion are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with optional ARP L19 260,000 psi material available as an upgrade, and the entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete installation instructions.
