ZRP RODS – BMW M3 E46 S54B32 I-BEAM CONNECTING RODS SET

Honda F20 H-Beam De-Stroke connecting rods are made from high-strength 4340 steel and are designed for high performance and extreme durability. This “ultra-light” design combines lightweight performance with proven reliability at extended rpm. These rods feature a tapered pin end, making them compatible with OEM pistons. The bushings are made from aluminum-silicon-bronze and have a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. These rods feature a ribbed pin end that minimizes pin end distortion under heavy inertial loads while saving excess weight. They are shot peened to relieve stress from the material and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bending and torsion are strictly controlled. Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi is available as an upgrade, and the entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete installation instructions.
