ZRP RODS – CONNECTING ROD SET AUDI 1.8L 20V TURBO / 2.0L TSI EA113 HD SERIES

The I-Beam Series “Heavy Duty” connecting rods for the Toyota Celica 2.0L 3SGTE are designed for high-horsepower/boost applications. They are constructed from the finest raw materials, 4340 high-strength steel, with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and feature a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. They are shot peened to relieve stress from the material and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bending and torsion are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 3/8″ plug fasteners rated at 220,000 psi. Optional ARP L19 260,000 psi material is available as an upgrade. The entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete assembly instructions.
