ZRP RODS – ALFA 159 / BRERA / 4C / GIULIETTA 1750CC TBI I-BEAM CONNECTING RODS

The I-Beam Series “Heavy Duty” connecting rods for the Toyota Supra 2JZ are designed for high-horsepower/boost applications. Manufactured from the finest raw materials, high-strength 4340 steel, with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and feature a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. They are shot peened to relieve stress from the material and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 3/8″ plug fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi available as an upgrade, and the entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete installation instructions.
