ZRP RODS – CONNECTING ROD SET VW / AUDI 2.0L TFSI / TSI EA888 HD-SERIES

The ZRP Pro Series I-beam rods for the Nissan GTR VR38 DETT are made from the finest raw materials (817M40T steel) to cover even the most demanding applications. 817M40T is a popular hardened alloy steel due to its excellent machinability in the “T” condition. Its hardness ranges from 248 to 302 HB. 817M40T – EN24T can be further surface hardened to create components with increased wear resistance using induction machining or nitriding. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance. Bending and torsion are strictly controlled.
