ZRP RODS – SET CONNECTING RODS BMW M3 E30 S14B23 / S14B25 HD SERIES

The I-Beam Series “Heavy Duty” connecting rods for the Mitsubishi 4B11 EVO They are constructed from the finest raw materials, high-strength 4340-EN24T steel, with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. The bushings are made from an aluminum/silicon/bronze alloy and feature a radial oil reservoir groove. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 3/8″ plug fasteners rated at 220,000 psi. Optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi is available as an upgrade. The entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete assembly instructions.
