ZRP RODS – HONDA F20C HD I-BEAM SERIES CONNECTING ROD SET

The Lancia 2.0L 16v Delta Integrale H-Beam connecting rods are made from high-strength 4340 steel and are designed for high performance and extreme durability. The CC length has been increased by 4.00 mm to make these rods ideal for long-rod applications. The pin end is also “ribbed” to minimize distortion under heavy inertial loads while saving any excess weight. The bushings are made of aluminum-silicon/bronze and have a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. They are shot peened to relieve stress on the material and heat treated in multiple stages to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bending and torsion are rigorously controlled. Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi. Optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi is available as an upgrade. The entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete installation instructions.
