ZRP RODS – FIAT UNO PUNTO / 1.6L TEMPRA I-BEAM CONNECTING RODS

The I-Beam connecting rods for the Fiat 1.4L and 1.6L Turbo are made from high-strength 4340 steel and are designed for high performance, extreme durability, and extra rigidity. The bushings are made from an aluminum-silicon/bronze alloy and feature a radial groove for the oil reservoir. They are shot-peened to relieve stress and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi available as an upgrade, and the entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete installation instructions.
