ZRP RODS – SET CONNECTING RODS BMW M3 E36 S50B30 HD SERIES

The I-Beam Series “Heavy Duty” De-Stroke connecting rods for the Honda K20 are designed for high-horsepower/boost applications. Manufactured from the finest raw materials, high-strength 4340 steel, with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. The bushings are made of AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and have a radial groove that serves as an oil reservoir. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treated to increase rigidity. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bend and twist are tightly controlled. Each rod includes ARP 2000 3/8″ plug fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, with optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,000 psi available as an upgrade, and the entire kit comes with ARP moly and complete assembly instructions.
