Audi S1 2.0TSI Racing Intercooler
The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (620 mm x 175 mm x 110 mm / step = 10,100 cm³) and therefore offers a 44% larger inflow area and 68% greater charge air volume than the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance mesh offers excellent cooling properties. Free-form, CAD-developed cast aluminum end caps ensure the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has significantly lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. Furthermore, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. This kit is completely ready to install; simply replace it with a standard intercooler – plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing. 60 mm inlet and outlet.
