EVO2 Competition Intercooler Kit for BMW 3 Series E90 / 91/92/93 335d
The high-performance intercooler measures 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm (volume: 13.6 L). It offers 65% more flow surface area and 87% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance competition mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow diverters. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.4 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high-end tuning requirements of the BMW 135i and 335i. The original snap-on connections have been eliminated, and the inlet and outlet connection diameters have been increased to 70mm. The kit therefore includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible backpressure. It features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. This kit is ready to install; minor modifications to the cooler mount are required. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable.
