200001141 – The racing intercooler has the following net dimensions (610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm / 17.45 l) and therefore offers a 10% larger flow surface and a 50% larger charge air volume than the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed high-performance racing net provides adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient airflow and is also very light (S3 OEM 8 kg / WAGNERTUNING 9.2 kg). Free-form, CAD-developed cast aluminum end boxes ensure the best possible internal airflow. The inlet and outlet have been enlarged (Ø 67 mm), so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has significantly lower back pressure than the stock cooler. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is easy and replaces the OEM intercooler. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
