The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions: 550 mm x 390 mm x 95 mm / 50 mm in a stepped design. It offers an inflow area of 2145 cm² and an external charge air volume of 17.7 liters.
The new high-performance mesh from Wagner Tuning provides adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient airflow despite its large design and is also very light. The total weight of the intercooler is only 9.2 kg. The end boxes are made of thin-walled cast aluminum and have been optimized using CAD flow analysis. The inlet and outlet have been widened to 80 mm, so this kit comes with multi-layer reinforced silicone adapters. Installation is easy and replaces the OEM intercooler. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a noticeable increase in performance.
