The high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm = 17.446 l) and therefore offers a 178% larger flow surface and a 158% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance racing net is a high-quality tubular fin net with internal turbulators. As a result, the intercooler weighs only 9.1 kg, despite its size.
The die-cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. An air duct integrated into the terminal box allows for even filling of the high-performance intercooler. The connection diameter has been increased to Ø67 mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has much lower backpressure than the standard intercooler.
Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures continuous, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install; simply replace it with the standard intercooler.
Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
