The Competition High-Performance Intercooler has the following mesh dimensions: 590 mm x 225 mm x 145 mm [stepped] = 16.6 L. It offers 30% more flow area and 47% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The Competition High-Performance Mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow diverters. As a result, the total weight of the intercooler, despite its size, is only 9.65 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. This intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high demands of the Mini Cooper S JCW. Overall, this intercooler has significantly lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. It also features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties, ensuring permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Ready-to-install, plug-and-play kit. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable.
