Wagner Tuning competition intercooler kit for Mercedes-Benz.
The Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions: 640 mm x 200 mm x 110 mm = 14,080 cm³. It offers a 25% larger flow surface and a 110% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance competition mesh has excellent cooling and backpressure properties. The intercooler weighs 10.5 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized in the CFD system under flow analysis for the best possible internal airflow. This ensures uniform filling of the intercooler. The original snap connections have been eliminated, and the connection diameter at the inlet and outlet has been enlarged to Ø70 mm. The kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a cast aluminum pressure pipe. This complete, ready-to-install kit runs from the turbo to the throttle body. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible backpressure, making this kit suitable for racing. It also features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity, ensuring permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (1:1 ratio).
