The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new competition mesh (tubular fin) measuring 590mm x 170mm x 100mm (10.03 liters), which was specially developed to meet the needs of the Suzuki Swift. This high-performance mesh offers a 10% larger flow area and 98% greater mesh volume than the original intercooler.
The cast aluminum end boxes were designed using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a noticeable increase in performance!
An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a permanent and optimal cooling effect. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
