Opel Astra H OPC 2.0 Turbo 177KW / 240PS (2005-2010)
The competition high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (550 mm x 240 mm x 90 mm = 11,830 cm³) and therefore offers 132% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed competition high-performance mesh (tubular fin) ensures that adjacent components, such as the water cooler, still have sufficient airflow and is also very light. The intercooler has a total weight of only 7.5 kg. The die-cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to 65 mm in diameter, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has much lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is simple and replaces the OEM intercooler. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
