200001149 – COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT for Ford Fiesta ST MK8 / Puma ST
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new competition mesh (tubular fin) measuring 620 mm x 390 mm x 56 mm. This corresponds to an external mesh volume of 13.5 liters. Therefore, the WagnerTuning Competition intercooler for the Ford Fiesta ST offers a 150% larger frontal flow surface and an external mesh volume 86% larger than the original intercooler.
The die-cast aluminum end boxes were designed using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). An integrated air duct inside the cooler inlet ensures uniform filling of the intercooler mesh. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible backpressure. Furthermore, the newly developed high-performance racing mesh provides adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient airflow and is also very lightweight. This makes this kit perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a permanent and optimal cooling effect. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
