200001113 – EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit for BMW E82 E90
The high-performance intercooler has mesh dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm (20.65 L stepped), offering a 162% larger flow area and 182% greater charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance competition mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the demanding requirements of the high-level tuning of the BMW 135i and 335i. The original snap-on connections have been eliminated, and the inlet and outlet connection diameters have been increased to 70mm. The kit therefore includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible backpressure. Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install; simply replace it with a standard intercooler. Due to its extreme dimensions, minor modifications to the cooler mount are required. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
