The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (520x215x145 / 13.840 cm stepped / OEM 510x130x110 mm, 7.293 cm³) and therefore offers a 68% larger flow surface and a 90% greater charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance racing mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal air intakes. Despite its dimensions, the total weight of the intercooler is only 8.6 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO 2 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high demands of the BMW 135i and 335i. Overall, this intercooler has significantly lower backpressure than the standard intercooler. Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install; simply replace it with a standard intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
