200001023 – The EVO 1 intercooler has the following network dimensions (520x210x130 / 11,750 cm³ stepped) and therefore offers an 85% larger flow surface and a 60% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance network is a high-quality rod and plate network with excellent cooling properties. Due to the high material content, the Performance version weighs 9.0 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO 1 intercooler kit is suitable for the lower performance levels of the BMW 35i engines. This intercooler produces lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. Furthermore, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install; simply replace it with a standard intercooler—plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
