Wagner Tuning racing intercooler kit for BMW X5/X6 models.
The high-performance intercooler has mesh dimensions of 535 mm x 332 mm x 150 mm (19.2 L). It offers a 113.5% larger flow surface area and a 120% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance racing mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow diverters. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 12.5 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. This intercooler produces significantly less back pressure than the standard intercooler. Additionally, it features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties, ensuring permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete kit ready for installation. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable.
