With impressive mesh dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm (volume: 17.1 liters), our Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler offers 49% more charge air volume than a standard intercooler. The high-quality, high-performance Competition mesh with internal turbulators ensures maximum performance and optimal cooling.
The die-cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using advanced CFD flow analysis to ensure optimal airflow. The intercooler kit was specifically developed for the demanding requirements of the extensive tuning stages of the Audi Q7 4M 3.0TDI. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, ensuring long-lasting, optimal cooling with a noticeable increase in performance.
The high-performance intercooler kit is completely ready to install and can easily be replaced with the standard intercooler. Due to its size, minor modifications to the radiator mount are required. The intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable, thus also meeting racing requirements.
