The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions: 530 mm x 205 mm x 95 mm = 10.3 liters. It offers a 23.6% larger flow surface and a 95.5% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. A new type of high-performance racing mesh (tubular fin) is used, developed specifically for the Subaru WRX STi. The die-cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. The intercooler inlets and outlets were not modified. Intercooler backpressure may be minimally reduced compared to the standard intercooler. An anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity protects the intercooler from environmental influences, ensuring continuous, optimal cooling and a significant increase in performance. Installation is simple (plug and play) and replaces the OEM intercooler.
