INTERCOOLER KIT
The 2.9-liter V6 biturbo engine (VW EA839) of the Audi RS4 models is equipped with an indirect intercooler circuit. Charge air cooling is then implemented by a water-cooled intercooler, which is replaced by the WagnerTuning high-performance intercooler.
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new performance mesh measuring 222 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm. This was developed specifically for the high demands of the RS4/RS5 engine and offers 185% more external mesh volume than the original intercooler. The ratio of internal to external cooling surface area used generates maximum heat transfer while simultaneously allowing for the best possible internal airflow. The die-cast aluminum end boxes were designed using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. This kit is therefore also suitable for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance.
All WAGNERTUNING intercoolers feature a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating to ensure a permanent cooling effect. Installation of the system is also simple and plug & play with the help of our installation instructions.

RADIATOR KIT
The 2.9-liter V6 biturbo engine in the Audi RS4 / RS5 features an indirect charge air cooling circuit. This means that the charge air is not cooled (as usual) using ambient air, but rather via a separate cooling water circuit. Consequently, a reduction in the cooling water temperature directly translates into an improvement in charge air cooling performance. This is where the advantages of the WAGNER TUNING upgrade water cooler come into play.
The new racing mesh increases the volume of the standard water cooler by 55%. The ratio of internal to external cooling surface area used maximizes heat transfer while simultaneously ensuring a permanent cooling effect.
