Wagner Tuning EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit for BMW E89 Z4 35i (s).
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions: 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm (20.65 L stepped). It offers a 162% larger inflow area and 182% greater charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance competition mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow diverters. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high demands of high-level tuning on the BMW Z4 35i(s). The original snap-on connections have been eliminated, and the inlet and outlet connection diameters have been increased to Ø70mm. The kit therefore includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Furthermore, it features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties, ensuring permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Ready-to-install kit; minor modifications to the cooler mounting may be required. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable.
