Wagner Tuning competition intercooler kit for BMW 1 Series / 3 Series, consisting of the EVO 2 intercooler upgrade kit and the N55 downpipe kit with 200CPI racing catalytic converter.
Fits the following vehicles:

BMW 135i E82 / E88 *
BMW 335 (x) i E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 *
* (radiator mount rework required)

INTERCOOLER KIT
The intercooler has the following net dimensions: 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm / stepped = 13.572 cm³. It offers 85% more flow surface area and 90% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance mesh provides adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient airflow and is also very lightweight (7.4 kg). Free-form, CAD-designed cast aluminum end caps ensure the best possible internal airflow. This intercooler has significantly lower back pressure than the stock cooler and features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation replaces the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform.

To ensure the EVO 2 version fits all specified vehicles, minor adjustments are required.

The cooler fits vehicles with N54 and N55 engines. For vehicles with the M package, additional underbody paneling adjustments are required.

The Wagner Tuning downpipe kit for the BMW E8x E9x N55 engine features the following features:
