INTERCOOLER KIT
The high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions: 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm (sized 13.6 l). This offers a 65% larger flow surface and 87% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance competition mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow diverters. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.4 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high demands of the BMW 135i and 335i tuning range. The original snap-on connections have been eliminated, and the inlet and outlet connection diameters have been increased to Ø70 mm. The kit therefore includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Furthermore, it features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties, ensuring permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. This kit is ready to install; minor modifications to the cooler mount are required. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable.
