The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new competition mesh (tubular fin) measuring 315 mm x 227 [142] mm x 165 [150] mm [stepped]. This corresponds to an external mesh volume of 11.4 liters. Therefore, the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler for the Renault Megane 4RS offers a 6% larger frontal surface area and a 47% larger external mesh volume than the original intercooler.
The die-cast aluminum end boxes were designed using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a permanent and optimal cooling effect. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
