200001086 – Honda Civic Type R FK2 Racing Intercooler Kit
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (650 mm x 175 mm x 110 mm) and thus offers a 23% larger flow surface and a 101% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance competitive mesh ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very lightweight. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CAD flow analysis. Integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. This kit is therefore perfect for racing. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (1:1 ratio). Optimal cooling of charged air with a significant increase in performance!
