Wagner EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit for the Audi TTRS 8S now with TÜV parts certificate and available in two different mesh versions.
Important: We recommend using the standard version for performance up to 600 hp and the X version for performance over 600 hp.
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions: 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm [stepped] = 16,500 cm³. It offers an 84% larger inflow area and 101% greater charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance competition mesh provides sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. It is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow deflectors. The intercooler end boxes are cast aluminum and optimized using CFD flow analysis. Integrated air deflectors in the inlet ensure even airflow throughout the intercooler. This results in excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. This kit is therefore suitable for racing. It also features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity, ensuring permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and original crossmember form a stable unit, and thanks to the new high-performance competition mesh, it weighs only 11.7 kg. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points and is easy (for minor adjustments, see the installation instructions). Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable.
