200001056 – EVO3 racing intercooler kit for Audi TTRS 8J now with TÜV parts certificate and available in two different mesh versions
Important: We recommend using the standard version for performance up to 600 hp and the X version for performance over 600 hp.
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (515 mm x 367 [274] mm x 95 mm) and therefore offers a 120% larger flow surface and a 142% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance racing mesh ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very lightweight. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CAD flow analysis. Integrated air deflectors in the inlet ensure even airflow throughout the intercooler. This results in excellent cooling performance with the lowest possible back pressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing. The intercooler and original crossmember form a stable unit, and thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, it weighs only 11.2 kg. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (1:1 ratio). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! The connection diameter is 68 mm on both sides.
