200001024 – EVO 2 Intercooler Upgrade Kit for Audi TTRS 8J
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (535 mm x 260 mm x 95 mm) and thus offers a 62.5% larger flow surface and a 94% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance racing mesh ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very lightweight. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CAD flow analysis. This intercooler has excellent cooling properties and is perfect for racing. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and, thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, weighs less than 10 kg. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (1:1 ratio).
