Audi S5 F5 3.0TFSI 260KW / 354PS (2016+) ** The brackets supplied are for EU models only.The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm = 17,130 cm³) and therefore offers a 134% larger flow surface and a 105% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 9.5 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis.
The connection diameters are Ø62 mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67 mm at the intercooler outlet. This kit is optionally available with complete charge air piping, including three reinforced silicone hoses and one aluminum charge air hose.
The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Furthermore, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. This kit is completely ready to install; simply replace it with a standard intercooler – plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.Original intercooler dimensions:
