The Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler has the following dimensions: 500 mm x 254 mm x 110 [55] mm / stepped = 11.3 cm³. It offers an 83% larger flow surface and a 62% larger charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh ensures adjacent components, such as the water cooler, still have sufficient airflow and is also very light (7.4 kg). CAD-developed free-form end boxes with cast aluminum internal guide plates ensure the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has lower back pressure than the standard cooler. In addition, it features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties, which ensures optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is easy and replaces the OEM intercooler.
