INTERCOOLER KIT
The high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions: 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm [stepped] = 16,500 cm³. It offers an 84% larger inflow area and a 101% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance net provides sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. It is a high-quality tubular fin network with internal flow diverters. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The intercooler is filled evenly with air baffles integrated into the inlet. This results in excellent cooling performance with the lowest possible back pressure. This kit is suitable for racing and features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit, and thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, it weighs only 11.7 kg. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points and is easy (for minor adjustments, see the installation instructions). Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable.
