INTERCOOLER KIT
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions: 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm [stepped] = 16,500 cm³. It offers an 84% larger inflow area and a 101% greater charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance mesh provides sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. It is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow diverters. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. Integrated air deflectors in the inlet ensure even airflow throughout the intercooler. Excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure are achieved. This kit is suitable for racing and features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit, and thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, it weighs only 11.7 kg. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points and is easy (for minor adjustments, see the installation instructions). Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable.
