EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit for BMW 3 Series E90 / 91/92/93 335d
The high-performance intercooler has mesh dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm (20.65 L stepped), offering a 133% larger flow surface and 183% greater charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance competition mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow diverters. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high demands of the BMW 135i and 335i tuning range. The original snap-on connections have been eliminated, and the inlet and outlet connection diameters have been increased to 70mm. The kit therefore includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. It also features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install; simply replace it with a standard intercooler; due to its extreme dimensions, minor modifications to the cooler mount are required. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable.
