Wagner Tuning EVO2 Competition Intercooler Kit for Toyota Supra JZA80 MK4.
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new competition mesh (tubular fin) measuring 700 mm x 300 mm x 155 mm. This corresponds to an external mesh volume of 32.5 liters. Therefore, the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler for the Toyota Supra offers a 262% larger frontal flow surface and a 331% larger external mesh volume than the original intercooler.
The die-cast aluminum end boxes were designed using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The connections are angled backwards by 30°. The cast aluminum is designed for a connection diameter of Ø102 mm (4 inches) and can be adapted to the following connection sizes or shapes depending on customer requirements. Special shapes and sizes can be requested separately.

The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible backpressure. This kit is perfect for racing: optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance.
Important installation information:
– No plug-and-play installation
– Conversion from SMIC to FMIC (including mounting material for the intercooler) – No air conditioning condenser
– The expansion tank must be repositioned (available separately in the shop)
– The cooling circuit for the servo must be repositioned (separately in the shop)
– The charge air line must be adapted to the intercooler (not included in the kit)
