INTERCOOLER KIT
The intercooler has the following net dimensions: 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm / stepped = 13.572 cm³. It therefore offers 85% more flow surface area and 90% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance mesh ensures that adjacent components, such as the water cooler, still have sufficient airflow and is also very lightweight (7.4 kg). Free-form, CAD-designed cast aluminum end caps ensure the best possible internal airflow. This intercooler has significantly lower back pressure than the stock cooler and features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is simple and replaces the OEM intercooler.
To ensure our EVO 2 version fits all specified vehicles, minor adjustments are required.
The cooler fits vehicles with N54 and N55 engines. For vehicles with the M package, additional underbody adjustments are required.

The Wagner Tuning downpipe kit for the BMW E8x E9x N55 engine without catalytic converter has the following features:
