INTERCOOLER KIT
The EVO3 intercooler kit for the Audi RS3 8P is a further development of the previous EVO 2 intercooler kit.
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (515 mm x 367 [274] mm x 95 mm) and therefore offers a 120% larger flow surface and a 142% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance competition mesh ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light. The intercooler end boxes are cast aluminum and optimized using CAD flow analysis. Integrated air deflectors in the inlet ensure even airflow throughout the intercooler. This results in excellent cooling performance with the lowest possible back pressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing. The intercooler and original crossmember form a stable unit, and thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, it weighs just 11.2 kg. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (1:1 ratio). Optimal charge air cooling with a significant increase in performance.
